Octopus Park is a dedicated portfolio company established and sponsored by Octopus Venture Capital to focus exclusively on real estate and infrastructure development and asset management.
Octopus Park is a differentiated institutional platform designed to address the primary constraint limiting housing and MSME infrastructure delivery in Nigeria: the high cost of conventional financing.
